24 hours Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Course at the Holiday Inn, 40 Main Street, North Adams, Massachusetts:
These courses ar usually held on a quarterly basis and requires 24 hours of class spread out over 3 days.
Most classes start on a Friday [8:30 AM to 4:30 PM], continue into the following Saturday and end on the next Saturday
Course cost: $290.00 includes text books. A deposit of $50.00 is due before start of class.
